目的：探讨综合护理干预在皮肤激光美容治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年6月~2014年6月在本院接受激光美容手术的96例患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组的焦虑评分、不良反应发生率、患者满意度评分、半年复发率。结果两组护理后的焦虑评分显著低于护理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的焦虑评分显著低于对照组护理后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的患者满意度评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率、半年复发率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在激光美容治疗中的应用效果显著，可显著缓解患者的焦虑情绪，降低不良反应发生率及复发率，提高护理满意度。

목적：탐토종합호리간예재피부격광미용치료중적응용효과。방법선취2012년6월~2014년6월재본원접수격광미용수술적96례환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여종합호리간예。비교량조적초필평분、불량반응발생솔、환자만의도평분、반년복발솔。결과량조호리후적초필평분현저저우호리전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조호리후적초필평분현저저우대조조호리후，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적환자만의도평분현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조적불량반응발생솔、반년복발솔현저저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론종합호리간예재격광미용치료중적응용효과현저，가현저완해환자적초필정서，강저불량반응발생솔급복발솔，제고호리만의도。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cos-metic skin laser. Methods 96 patients underwent laser cosmetic operation in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The anxiety score,the incidence rate of adverse reaction,the score of patient satisfaction,the rate of relapse half year in two groups was compared respectively. Results The anxiety score in two groups after nursing was lower than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group after nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of patient satisfaction in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group after nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction and the rate of relapse half year in the control group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The appli-cation effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of cosmetic skin laser is significant,which can ef-fectively relieve the anxiety,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction and relapse rate,improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
