目的:探讨并比较厚朴皮、叶、花的镇痛作用。方法采用热板法、醋酸扭体法致痛,观察高、低剂量厚朴皮、叶、花水提物的镇痛作用。结果厚朴干皮、根皮、枝皮、叶、花水提物高、低剂量对热板法所致小鼠痛阈值无影响,与蒸馏水对照组和自身给药前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);厚朴干皮、根皮、枝皮、叶、花水提物高、低剂量对醋酸所致扭体反应数均有明显抑制作用,与蒸馏水对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),厚朴根皮、枝皮、叶、花水提物高、低剂量组与厚朴干皮相对应剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论厚朴干皮、根皮、枝皮、叶、花水提物均具有镇痛作用,且厚朴根皮、枝皮、叶、花可以代替厚朴干皮用于镇痛。

목적:탐토병비교후박피、협、화적진통작용。방법채용열판법、작산뉴체법치통,관찰고、저제량후박피、협、화수제물적진통작용。결과후박간피、근피、지피、협、화수제물고、저제량대열판법소치소서통역치무영향,여증류수대조조화자신급약전비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);후박간피、근피、지피、협、화수제물고、저제량대작산소치뉴체반응수균유명현억제작용,여증류수대조조비교차이현저(P<0.01),후박근피、지피、협、화수제물고、저제량조여후박간피상대응제량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론후박간피、근피、지피、협、화수제물균구유진통작용,차후박근피、지피、협、화가이대체후박간피용우진통。
Objective:To investigate and compare the analgesic effect of Magnolia officinalis bark, leaf, flower in mice. Methods: Using the hot-plate and acetic acid writhing method to induce pain in mice, to observe the analgesic effect of high and low doses of water extracts of M. officinalis bark, leaf and flower. Results:Water extracts of high and low doses of M. officinalis stem, root and branch bark, leaf, flower had no significant effect on the pain threshold caused by hot plate method compared with the distilled water control group and the data before the drugs administration (P>0.05), but it is reversed for that by acetic acid writhing method, and there was no significant difference between the treatment of stem and others (P>0.05). Conclusion:The results showed that water extracts of different part’s bark and organs of M. officinalis possessed the analgesic effects, root bark, branch bark and leave could replace stem bark for analgesia.
