转管武器射速极高,连续射击不仅会过快消耗有限的备弹量,同时会严重降低身管寿命。针对这一问题,本文以内能源23mm 转管航炮为依据,分析了现有转管航炮供进弹部分的工作原理,设计了一种控制射击发数的射控装置。射控装置以电磁离合器为核心,运用光电计数器与单片机AT89C51来完成计数和整体控制的任务。利用Pro/E软件对所设计的离合机构进行三维实体建模、整体装配和机构运动仿真。通过对机构动作的仿真模拟,证明结构运动可行。

As the spin tube gun has high firing rate, continuous shooting will not only use up the storage of ammunition quickly, but also reduce the tube’s life. In order to solve the problem, we analyzed the existing spin tube gun for the working principle of rotary ammunition supply system and designed a mechanism to control the burst firing based on the 23mm spin tube gun. The device made the electromagnetic as the core of the system,and used the photoelectric counter with the AT89C51 to control the number of burst firing of the gun. We used Pro/E software to model the device for 3D and dynamic simulation. Simulation results show that the structure is feasible on principle.
