采用钢模台车全断面浇筑引水隧洞衬砌混凝土,脱模后中心线以下混凝土表面出现大面积水纹和气泡,此缺陷在类似工程中均有不同程度出现,是混凝土浇筑的顽症,文章从成因分析入手,结合现场实践,不断优化调整,找到了消除水纹和气泡的措施,为类似工程提供了借鉴。

The steel form trolley is applied to place the lining concrete of the headrace tunnel at full section.After the form is removed, waterwave and air bubbles in a large area occur on the concrete surface below the centerline.Such defects happen in certain degree in the similar works and difficult to avoid.In this paper, measures for elimination of waterwave and air bubbles on the concrete surface are found through its cause analysis, site practice, continuous optimization and adjustment, providing reference for similar projects.
