35 kV变电站是整个全州县级电网中的重要节点,其承担着县级电网中电能输送、监测、控制等任务。但是35 kV变电站较为分散,调度管理中的实时性较差,加上管理人员不足,严重影响智能电网的发展。基于无人值守35 kV变电站,设计了县级电网变电站无人值守自动化系统,重点研究了后台系统和遥视系统的设计,很好地克服了传统“四遥”系统中存在的问题,实现了“五遥”系统管理,提高了工作效率。
35 kV變電站是整箇全州縣級電網中的重要節點,其承擔著縣級電網中電能輸送、鑑測、控製等任務。但是35 kV變電站較為分散,調度管理中的實時性較差,加上管理人員不足,嚴重影響智能電網的髮展。基于無人值守35 kV變電站,設計瞭縣級電網變電站無人值守自動化繫統,重點研究瞭後檯繫統和遙視繫統的設計,很好地剋服瞭傳統“四遙”繫統中存在的問題,實現瞭“五遙”繫統管理,提高瞭工作效率。

35 kV grid station is an important one in the country-level grid of the whole prefecture.It plays a role of transmitting, monito-ring and control energy, etc in the county-level grid.But 35 kV grid stations is scattered, the real-time dispatching management is weak.Additionally, the managers of those grid stations are lack, this seriously impact the development of the intelligent grid.Based on the attendant-free 35 kV grid station, the automation system for the county-level grid stations with free attendants is designed.Design of both background system and remote viewing system is studied especially.Issues in conventional systems of remote control, remote commu-nication, remote measuring and remote dispatching are solved.The five-remote system is materialized and the work efficiency is im-proved.
