目的：为了能够在投资项目管理过程中及时监测投资运行状况、投资进度和资金到位情况等信息，设计基于AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process层次分析法)算法的投资项目监测模型。方法：选取项目监测模型指标，结合AHP算法，提出一种基于目标细分和权重赋予的监测模型。结果：实现对投资项目的实时监测评价，以确定投资项目的运行情况及优劣对比情况。结论：采用AHP算法进行投资项目监测分析，通过综合评价结果为投资项目决策者提供了有力的决策支持和分析，为今后投资项目资金安排、项目类型选择，项目进度控制都提供了强有力的支持。

Objective:To be able to timely monitoring of the health of investment projects in the investment management process, progress and investment funds and other information, the design of investment project monitoring model AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP) algorithm. Methods: A model project monitoring indicators, combined with AHP algorithm, proposed a model based on the monitoring target segments and weights given. Results:The realization of investment projects in real-time monitoring and evaluation in order to determine the merits of the comparison of operating conditions and investment projects.
