目的:探讨原发性胆囊癌中P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)对36例胆囊癌组织、20例胆囊息肉组织中P-gp和HIF-1α的表达情况进行检测,探讨两者的关系及其与胆囊癌之间的关系。结果胆囊癌组织中P-gp阳性表达28例(77.78%),HIF-1α阳性表达21例(58.33%),两者共同表达18例。胆囊息肉组织中P-gp、HIF-1α阳性表达分别为4例(20%)和0例(0%),P-gp、HIF-1α表达呈正相关(r=0.388,P<0.05)。结论 P-gp、HIF-1α蛋白可作为胆囊癌诊断的辅助指标,HIF-1α蛋白可作为评价及逆转肿瘤多药耐药的新指标。

목적:탐토원발성담낭암중P-당단백(P-gp)、결양유도인자-1α(HIF-1α)적표체급림상의의。방법응용면역조직화학방법(S-P법)대36례담낭암조직、20례담낭식육조직중P-gp화HIF-1α적표체정황진행검측,탐토량자적관계급기여담낭암지간적관계。결과담낭암조직중P-gp양성표체28례(77.78%),HIF-1α양성표체21례(58.33%),량자공동표체18례。담낭식육조직중P-gp、HIF-1α양성표체분별위4례(20%)화0례(0%),P-gp、HIF-1α표체정정상관(r=0.388,P<0.05)。결론 P-gp、HIF-1α단백가작위담낭암진단적보조지표,HIF-1α단백가작위평개급역전종류다약내약적신지표。
Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of P-glycoprotain (P-gp) and hypoxia-in-ducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) in primary gallbladder carcinoma. Methods The expression of P-gp and HIF-1α in tissue of gallbladder carcinoma in 36 and tissue of gallbladder polyp in 20 was detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P method).The relationship between the two expression and their relationship with gallbladder carcinoma was discussed. Results The positive expression of P-gp in gallbladder carcinoma was 28 cases (77.78%),and HIF-1α was 21 cases (58.33%),co-expression were 18 cases.The positive expression of P-gp and HIF-1α in tissue of gallbladder polyp was 4 (20%) and 0 (0%) respectively.The expression of P-gp and HIF-1α had a positive correlation (r=0.388,P<0.05). Conclusion P-gp and HIF-1α protein can be considered as auxiliary indexes to diagnose gallbladder carcinoma.HIF-1αprotein can be selected as a new index to evaluate and reverse multidrug resistance on tumors.
