本文运用案例研究法分析了近年来热点网络公共事件中的公共行政话语解构特点，并对解构过程中容易出现的问题进行了分析；抓住政府话语相对封闭及公众对官方话语拆解过度从而引发官方话语危机这一核心问题，提出解决策略，得出后现代语境下，对公共行政话语意义解构的引导中，政府必须以建立开放协商的话语系统为重要基础的结论。
本文運用案例研究法分析瞭近年來熱點網絡公共事件中的公共行政話語解構特點，併對解構過程中容易齣現的問題進行瞭分析；抓住政府話語相對封閉及公衆對官方話語拆解過度從而引髮官方話語危機這一覈心問題，提齣解決策略，得齣後現代語境下，對公共行政話語意義解構的引導中，政府必鬚以建立開放協商的話語繫統為重要基礎的結論。

In the post -modern context,this study extracts three analysis elements as discourse power,discourse meaning and discourse subject based on the theory of deconstruction.Using case study,we analyze the deconstruction features of public administration discourse in resent top network public events and the problems easily occurred through the deconstruction process.Since the government discourse is relatively closed and the crisis of govern-ment discourse caused by the publicˊs over dismantling to official discourse is seized as core problem,we finally present the solving strategies.For the guiding of the implication deconstruction of public administration dis-course in post -modern context,we conclude that the government must establish an open negotiation system as an important basis,which contributes important implications to the government to enhance its credibility.
