目的:对比研究机用镍钛锉与手用不锈钢 K 锉在预备根管中的应用价值。方法抽取在该院需行根管治疗的患者58例,将患者随机均分为二组,其中观察组行机用镍钛锉治疗,对照组行手用不锈钢 K锉治疗,观察比较二组患者的术后疼痛以及根管填充情况。结果观察组治疗期间的平均根管预备时间明显少于对照组;观察组患者的疼痛状况明显低于对照组;观察组患者的恰填率明显高于对照组;观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论患者来院治疗期间,应采用机用镍钛锉器械行根管预备,不仅能够降低术后疼痛感,还能够提高根管恰填率,值得推广应用。

목적:대비연구궤용얼태촤여수용불수강 K 촤재예비근관중적응용개치。방법추취재해원수행근관치료적환자58례,장환자수궤균분위이조,기중관찰조행궤용얼태촤치료,대조조행수용불수강 K촤치료,관찰비교이조환자적술후동통이급근관전충정황。결과관찰조치료기간적평균근관예비시간명현소우대조조;관찰조환자적동통상황명현저우대조조;관찰조환자적흡전솔명현고우대조조;관찰조적병발증발생솔명현저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론환자래원치료기간,응채용궤용얼태촤기계행근관예비,불부능구강저술후동통감,환능구제고근관흡전솔,치득추엄응용。
Objective To contrast the value of between machine with nickel titanium file and hand use stain-less steel K file in preparing root canal.Methods Fifty-eight patients with root canal therapy were select-ed as research subjects,all patients were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group treated with nickel titanium file line machine,the control line hand treatment with stainless steel K file,and then the postoperative pain and root canal filling were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Av-erage root canal preparation time of observation group during treatment was less than that of control group, whose postoperative pain was also significantly lower than the control group.Just fill in the rate of obser-vation group patients was obviously higher than the control group,and the complications of observation group were obviously lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0. 05).Conclusion The machine line prepared root canal preparation with nickel titanium file instrument is worthy of popularization and application with a lower postoperative pain and a higher root canal filling rate in clinic.
