目的：评价加强预防、皮肤护理﹑饮食指导﹑心理等干预对治疗ICU危重症患者失禁性皮炎的有效性。方法在ICU选取患有失禁性皮炎患者33例，通过加强皮肤清洁护理，使用皮肤保护剂，加强患者饮食及心理干预。结果经过14天治疗，33例患者中痊愈达26例，治疗后皮损评分明显低于治疗前（ P＜0.05）。结论失禁性皮炎患者加强皮肤护理的同时，辅以患者饮食干预及心理辅导，可取得较好的治疗效果。
목적：평개가강예방、피부호리﹑음식지도﹑심리등간예대치료ICU위중증환자실금성피염적유효성。방법재ICU선취환유실금성피염환자33례，통과가강피부청길호리，사용피부보호제，가강환자음식급심리간예。결과경과14천치료，33례환자중전유체26례，치료후피손평분명현저우치료전（ P＜0.05）。결론실금성피염환자가강피부호리적동시，보이환자음식간예급심리보도，가취득교호적치료효과。
Objective To evaluated the efficary of skin care combined with diet intervention and psychological counseling for the treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis.Methods 33 patients with incontinence-associated dermatitis were selected from ICU.These patients received skin care, skin protect, diet intervention and psychological counseling.The course of treatment was 14 days.Results After 14 days, 26 patients were recovered, and skin lesions score after the treatment were significantly lower than that of before treatment.Conclusion Skin care combined with diet intervention and psychological counseling is effective in the treatment of incontinence-associated dermatitis.
