目的：探讨新疆自治区中医医院2013年上半年406例住院患者冠脉造影情况。方法：根据冠状动脉造影结果将住院病历分为冠脉病变组与冠脉正常组，探讨2组的主诉分布、中医证型、疼痛分级、生化指标的差异。结果：冠脉病变组与冠脉正常组主诉构成比、中医证型构成比差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05），疼痛程度构成比差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；2组高密度脂蛋白（HDL －C）、血尿酸水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），HDL －C 与冠脉病变程度呈负相关，血尿酸与冠脉病变程度无相关性。结论：冠脉病变与患者的主诉症状、疼痛级别、中医证型均无明显关系；血尿酸与冠脉病变程度无相关性，HDL －C 与冠脉病变程度呈负相关。
목적：탐토신강자치구중의의원2013년상반년406례주원환자관맥조영정황。방법：근거관상동맥조영결과장주원병력분위관맥병변조여관맥정상조，탐토2조적주소분포、중의증형、동통분급、생화지표적차이。결과：관맥병변조여관맥정상조주소구성비、중의증형구성비차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0.05），동통정도구성비차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）；2조고밀도지단백（HDL －C）、혈뇨산수평비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0.05），HDL －C 여관맥병변정도정부상관，혈뇨산여관맥병변정도무상관성。결론：관맥병변여환자적주소증상、동통급별、중의증형균무명현관계；혈뇨산여관맥병변정도무상관성，HDL －C 여관맥병변정도정부상관。
Objective:To discuss the coronary angiography condition of 406 patients at the traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Xinjiang autonomous region in the first half of 2013.Methods:Four hundred and six cases were divided into coronary artery lesions group and normal coronary artery group according to the results of coronary angiography.The differences between two groups in complaint constituent ratio,TCM syndrome type constituent ratio,grade of pain,and biochemical indicators were explored.Re-sults:The difference between coronary artery lesion group and normal coronary group in complaint constituent ratio,TCMsyndrome constituent ratio had no statistical significance (P >0.05);the difference in pain degree constituent ratio had statistical signifi-cance (P <0.05);the difference between the two groups in high density lipoprotein,blood uric acid level was statistically signifi-cant(P <0.05);HDL-C was negatively related to the severity of coronary artery disease,and there was no correlation between blood uric acid and coronary artery lesion severity.Conclusion:Coronary artery lesions has no correlation with complained symp-toms,the pain level,TCM syndrome types;there is no correlation between blood uric acid and coronary artery lesion severity;there is negative correlation between the degree of coronary artery lesions and HDL-C.
