目的:探讨认知学徒模式在胸外科新毕业护士健康教育能力培训中的应用效果。方法选择2012年7月—2013年7月我院胸外科病房工作的护士20名作为研究对象,实施认知学徒模式进行健康教育能力培训,如情景案例模拟、搭建“脚手架”、组织讨论、反思教学。比较培训前后护理人员健康教育能力提高情况和患者健康教育满意度情况。结果培训后护理人员健康教育能力较培训前明显提高(P <0.01);患者健康教育满意度也得到明显提高(P <0.01)。结论认知学徒模式可以提高胸外科新毕业护士的健康教育能力,提高患者健康教育的满意度。该模式设计合理,培训形式多样,收到良好效果,具有可行性。

목적:탐토인지학도모식재흉외과신필업호사건강교육능력배훈중적응용효과。방법선택2012년7월—2013년7월아원흉외과병방공작적호사20명작위연구대상,실시인지학도모식진행건강교육능력배훈,여정경안례모의、탑건“각수가”、조직토론、반사교학。비교배훈전후호리인원건강교육능력제고정황화환자건강교육만의도정황。결과배훈후호리인원건강교육능력교배훈전명현제고(P <0.01);환자건강교육만의도야득도명현제고(P <0.01)。결론인지학도모식가이제고흉외과신필업호사적건강교육능력,제고환자건강교육적만의도。해모식설계합리,배훈형식다양,수도량호효과,구유가행성。
Objective To explore the effect of cognitive apprenticeship in the newly graduated nurses in de-partment of thoracic surgery training in health education.Methods From July 2012 to July 2013,20 nur-ses worked in author's courtyard department of thoracic surgery were enrolled at the research subjects,and they were implemented a cognitive apprenticeship mode of training in health education,such as scenes case simulation,build"scaffolding",discussion,reflective teaching.The ability of nurse was compared before and after training on patient satisfaction for health education.Results The ability of nurse on health educa-tion training was significantly improved than before training (P < 0.01 );the satisfaction of patients on health education was also obviously increased (P <0.01).Conclusion Cognitive apprenticeship model can improve the ability of health education for new graduate nurse in department of thoracic surgery,and pa-tient satisfaction on health education.The model is feasibility with a reasonable design,various training forms,and a good effect.
