    Nerve damage of leprosy is a major cause lead to malformation and disability.It is important to under-stand the pathogenesis of nerve damage for finding new prevention and treatment measures in leprosy.The mechanisms of nerve damage and recently research progress in leprosy were reviewed in this paper.
