为了测试润滑油斑点扩散性,检测水和温度对润滑油清净分散性能的影响程度,快速掌握机器的磨损情况,利用滤纸斑点试验法,基于Matlab图像处理功能和润滑油的组成特性,编写斑点图像识别程序,计算油斑的色度和分散度。结果表明:水和温度对润滑油扩散性影响明显。
為瞭測試潤滑油斑點擴散性,檢測水和溫度對潤滑油清淨分散性能的影響程度,快速掌握機器的磨損情況,利用濾紙斑點試驗法,基于Matlab圖像處理功能和潤滑油的組成特性,編寫斑點圖像識彆程序,計算油斑的色度和分散度。結果錶明:水和溫度對潤滑油擴散性影響明顯。

In order to test spot diffusivity of lubricant, detect the influence degree of the water and the temperature upon the detergent-dispersant performance of lubricant and quickly grasp the wear of machine, based on Matlab image processing functions and the characteristics of lubricant composition, a spot recognition program is compiled in order to calculate the chroma and the dispersion of oil spots.The results show that:water and temperature influence the lubricant diffusion obviously.
