Starting from introducing the concept of modern consciousness and significance of training modern consciousness for students, aiming at the current status of training modern awareness for students, the modern consciousness training strategies for students based on agronomy teaching were put forward from the following aspects, including enhancing environmental awareness, fostering reflective consciousness and raising awareness of sustainable development.
