提出一种配电台区三相负荷不平衡实时在线治理方法,介绍了该方法总体思路以及适配的低压负荷在线自动换相装置和控制终端的功能实现方案。建立了以配电台区三相电流不平衡度最小和换相过程低压负荷在线自动换相装置开关切换次数最少为目标的多目标最优换相数学模型,并给出基于向量基因遗传优化算法的求解方法和配电台区三相负荷不平衡实时在线治理控制策略。最后通过仿真算例验证了提出方法的有效性。

A method for real-time online control of three-phase unbalanced load in distribution area was proposed in this paper. The general idea was presented firstly, and then the implementations of online automatic commutation device and control terminal for low-voltage load were described in details. In order to pursue the lowest unbalance radio of three-phase current and the least switching frequency of online automatic commutation device during the commutation process, a multi-objective mathematical model for optimal commutation was established. Then the control strategies for real-time online management can be obtained based on vector-genetic optimization algorithm. The simulation results prove the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.
