随着针灸国际化的深入发展，由中西方文化冲击带来的各种问题逐步凸显，目前主要存在两类问题：1）传统针灸的西化及自身文化淡化；2）知识体系差异造成西方国家对针灸不认可。同时作者提出，通过夯实国内中医文化环境基础、注重针灸的国际化传播方式等思路来应对目前的问题。

Development of acupuncture worldwide has met cultural ‘shocks’between Chinese culture and the western cultures. There are two main categories of issues:1)traditional acupuncture culture has become less of its original Chinese features and more of western culture.2)Difference of knowledge system between East and West become an obstacle of acupuncture accept-ance.In order to solve these problems,we should enhance the domestic cultural environment and pay more attention to the mode of transmission in foreign countries.
