Under the historical conditions of deepening the reform comprehensively, the Jing-Jin-Ji integration requires a break-through of the barriers of local interests caused by traditional administrative divisions, so that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
