大连港长兴岛30万吨级原油码头工程位于长兴岛北部港区，属于典型的外海无掩护独立墩式沉箱结构码头，沉箱安装除要面对浪高流急、平流时间短等不利自然条件，还要保证没顶沉箱安装的精度。文章阐述了大型没顶沉箱安装的关键施工技术及工程实施效果。采用在沉箱上安装整体钢围堰的工艺，保证了沉箱安装施工的顺利进行。

Changxing Island 300 000 DWT crude oil terminal of Dalian Port is located in the northern port area, and is classi-fied as a typical offshore terminal formed of independent caisson piers without cover in the open sea. Accuracy of top-submerged caisson installation shall be assured under adverse natural conditions of strong wind, torrential current and limited time of steady current. The key technical points and implementation effect of large top-submerged caisson installation are intro-duced in this paper. The technique of installing a steel cylinder frame on top of the caisson is applied in execution of the work which well ensured the caisson installation work.
