根据钢管桩防腐修复设备要求,研发了一套基于PLC和上位机控制的自动控制系统,其中圆周行走部分采用高速计数器确定圆周行走装置上喷枪的位置,根据喷枪的位置完成行走、喷涂、升降等功能的控制。为提高系统的响应速度,采用高速计数模块硬件中断功能实现对圆周行走机构的控制,提高了控制系统的控制精度。
根據鋼管樁防腐脩複設備要求,研髮瞭一套基于PLC和上位機控製的自動控製繫統,其中圓週行走部分採用高速計數器確定圓週行走裝置上噴鎗的位置,根據噴鎗的位置完成行走、噴塗、升降等功能的控製。為提高繫統的響應速度,採用高速計數模塊硬件中斷功能實現對圓週行走機構的控製,提高瞭控製繫統的控製精度。

According to the repair technology of steel pipe pile anti-corrosion, we developed a set of automatic control system based on PLC and upper computer control, which on the circumference of the walking part adopts high speed counter to deter-mine the circumferential walking position spray gun device, according to the control of lance position to finish the walk, spray-ing, lifting, and other functions. In order to improve the response speed of the system, we used the high-speed counting module hardware interrupt function to achieve control of the circumference of the walking mechanism, which has improved the control precision of the control system.
