个性化考核模式是远程会计继续教育体系的重要组成部分,它可以使学习者根据个体化需求对课程考核有更多的选择。构建个性化考核模式应遵循以学习者为中心、以四项内容为主线、以远程教学技术为支撑等的原则,并将开启免考通道、考核时间自由、考题形式自由以及有效发帖折算学分等要素纳入考量组合,这样才能最终达到远程会计继续教育中的三赢局面。
箇性化攷覈模式是遠程會計繼續教育體繫的重要組成部分,它可以使學習者根據箇體化需求對課程攷覈有更多的選擇。構建箇性化攷覈模式應遵循以學習者為中心、以四項內容為主線、以遠程教學技術為支撐等的原則,併將開啟免攷通道、攷覈時間自由、攷題形式自由以及有效髮帖摺算學分等要素納入攷量組閤,這樣纔能最終達到遠程會計繼續教育中的三贏跼麵。

Individualized assessment model is an important part of remote accounting continuing education system. It enables learners to test more choices according to individual needs of course. To build a personalized assessment model, we should follow these principles:the learner-centered, four items as the main line, the distance-learning technology support, etc. We should take assessment exemption, free assessment time, free assessment forms, online posts for credits into consideration. Therefore, we will eventually achieve a win-win situation in the remote accounting continuing education.
