为了解船舶排气管系的阻力及其流动特征,运用计算流体力学( CFD)中数值模拟和试验的方法,对排气管90°弯头和单扩张抗性排气消声器的流动特征进行数值模拟和试验,分析管系中的压力分布和速度分布,探讨部件阻力损失机理和变化规律,模拟结果和试验结果基本吻合。结果表明,CFD方法对船舶排气管系的流场分析具有可靠的预测性,可为降低船舶排气系统压力损失和船舶动力装置油耗提供依据。

The computational fluid dynamics ( CFD) method is used to study the flow resistance and its characteristics of marine exhaust piping.The numerical simulation and experiment on the exhaust pipe resistance of the 90°elbow and flow charac-teristics of the exhaust muffler are carried out to analyze the pressure and velocity distribution in the piping system, as well as the mechanism and the change law of the local component resistance loss.The simulation results and experimental results are basical-ly consistent.The results show that the CFD method is reliable to analyze the flow field of ship exhaust piping, which is helpful to reduce the pressure loss of ship exhaust system and the fuel consumption of the ship's power plant.
