目的:比较同一患者末梢血与静脉血紫外速率法检测G-6-PD活性的结果差异,评估末梢血标本直接速率法测定G-6-PD的可行性。方法:静脉血标本使用EDTA-K2抗凝,离心沉淀吸取红细胞溶血后速率法检测。末梢血标本混匀溶血离心沉淀后取上清液速率法检测,同时测定其血常规,得其压积,测得的结果除以其压积。结果:两种标本检测结果比对显示,末梢血标本结果比静脉血标结果均偏高(24±4)%。末梢血标本结果乘以0.76较正后,两组结果高度的一致,经统计学计算差异无显著性( P>0.05)。结论:直接速率法测定G-6-PD过筛实验中,末梢血样本也可以直接测定G-6-PD,通过如下计算得结果:G-6-PD活性浓度=末梢血结果/红细胞压积×0.76。该方法适合在标本不便采集或患者不想抽血时使用,更适合于儿童医院,妇幼保健院等常采手指血(末梢血)的医院使用。

목적:비교동일환자말소혈여정맥혈자외속솔법검측G-6-PD활성적결과차이,평고말소혈표본직접속솔법측정G-6-PD적가행성。방법:정맥혈표본사용EDTA-K2항응,리심침정흡취홍세포용혈후속솔법검측。말소혈표본혼균용혈리심침정후취상청액속솔법검측,동시측정기혈상규,득기압적,측득적결과제이기압적。결과:량충표본검측결과비대현시,말소혈표본결과비정맥혈표결과균편고(24±4)%。말소혈표본결과승이0.76교정후,량조결과고도적일치,경통계학계산차이무현저성( P>0.05)。결론:직접속솔법측정G-6-PD과사실험중,말소혈양본야가이직접측정G-6-PD,통과여하계산득결과:G-6-PD활성농도=말소혈결과/홍세포압적×0.76。해방법괄합재표본불편채집혹환자불상추혈시사용,경괄합우인동의원,부유보건원등상채수지혈(말소혈)적의원사용。
Objective:By detecting the G-6-PD activity in peripheral blood and venous blood of the same patients with the method of UV rate, to compare the differences of the results ,and assess the feasibility that the G-6-PD activity of peripheral blood specimens detected by the directly rate method.Method:First-ly,venous blood samples use EDTA-K2 anticoagulation, then draw the red cell after centrifuge and dissolove it to detect by the rate method.That on the one hand,centrifugate the peripheral blood samples after mixing , and draw the supernatant fluid to detect by the rate method , at the same time, do the blood routine examina-tion and obtain the hematocrit, then the hematocrit is divided by the measured results.Result:After compa-ring the two specimens of the test results, It showed that the peripheral blood samples was (24±4)%higher than the venous blood specimens.When the test results of the peripheral blood samples were multiplied by 0. 76,the two test results will be highly consistent, and there was no significant difference after statistics calcu-lation( P>0.05) .Conclusion: The screening test of detecting the G-6-PD activity by the direct velocity method shows that we can detect the G-6-PD activity of the peripheral blood samples instead of the venous blood samples in some cases.The results calculated as follows:Concentration of G-6-PD activity =( The test results of the peripheral blood /HCT) ×0.76.This method is suitable for patients in convenient to collect or when the patients don’ t want to draw the blood samples,it's more suitable for Children's Hospital , Maternal and Child Care Centre and so on where often collect the finger blood.
