目的：比较单纯使用高血压治疗药物吲达帕胺与联合使用苯溴马隆和吲达帕胺对血压和尿酸的影响。方法随机将350例伴高尿酸血症的高血压患者分为二组，其中单纯使用吲达帕胺组175例，苯溴马隆与吲达帕胺联合使用组175例。观察二组患者血压、血尿酸和尿尿酸变化。结果联合用药组患者血尿酸值和尿尿酸值较单纯用药组相比，有显著性降低(P <0.05)；联合用药组患者血压值恢复正常的人数与单纯用药组相比，有显著性提高(P <0.05)。结论苯溴马隆与吲达帕胺联合使用对改善高血压和高尿酸血症比单纯使用吲达帕胺疗效好。
목적：비교단순사용고혈압치료약물신체파알여연합사용분추마륭화신체파알대혈압화뇨산적영향。방법수궤장350례반고뇨산혈증적고혈압환자분위이조，기중단순사용신체파알조175례，분추마륭여신체파알연합사용조175례。관찰이조환자혈압、혈뇨산화뇨뇨산변화。결과연합용약조환자혈뇨산치화뇨뇨산치교단순용약조상비，유현저성강저(P <0.05)；연합용약조환자혈압치회복정상적인수여단순용약조상비，유현저성제고(P <0.05)。결론분추마륭여신체파알연합사용대개선고혈압화고뇨산혈증비단순사용신체파알료효호。
Objective To compare the different action on blood pressure and uric acid effects of the single hypertension treatment drug indapamide and the combination of benzene bromide malone and indapamide. Methods There were 350 patients in the clinical trial,who were divided randomly into two groups.175 patients were in the single drug indapamide treatment group,another 175 patients in the combination of benzene bromide malone and indapamide.The change of blood pressure,blood uric acid and urine uric acid of patients were detected.Results The value of blood uric acid and urine uric acid in the combination group of patients was significantly reduced compared to the single drug group.The amount of blood pressure re-turned to normal in the combination group was improved compared with them in the single drug group. Conclusions The combination of benzene bromide malone and indapamide for treating hypertension and hy-peruricemia is better than the single drug.
