目的：观察神经妥乐平片对腰椎间盘突出引起的下肢根性疼痛、麻木及冷感等神经症状的疗效分析。方法将2011年3月—2013年12月该院105例由单纯由腰椎间盘突出引起的下肢根性症状的患者,随机分成神经妥乐平组和对照组,分别给予神经妥乐平片与非甾体消炎镇痛类药物(西乐葆胶囊)。观察二组患者用药后1,2周及停药后1,2周下肢疼痛、麻木及冷感变化情况及半年内症状复发率情况。结果二组患者用药后1,2周及停药后1,2周后,在下肢根性疼痛、麻木及半年内症状复发情况上组间差异有统计学意义。二组患者用药后2周疼痛减轻优良率和麻木症状改善优良率组间差异有统计学意义。结论神经妥乐平片对腰椎间盘突出引起的下肢根性疼痛、冷感、麻木等症状有良好的治疗效果,并且其疗效持续时间长、复发率低。
목적：관찰신경타악평편대요추간반돌출인기적하지근성동통、마목급랭감등신경증상적료효분석。방법장2011년3월—2013년12월해원105례유단순유요추간반돌출인기적하지근성증상적환자,수궤분성신경타악평조화대조조,분별급여신경타악평편여비치체소염진통류약물(서악보효낭)。관찰이조환자용약후1,2주급정약후1,2주하지동통、마목급랭감변화정황급반년내증상복발솔정황。결과이조환자용약후1,2주급정약후1,2주후,재하지근성동통、마목급반년내증상복발정황상조간차이유통계학의의。이조환자용약후2주동통감경우량솔화마목증상개선우량솔조간차이유통계학의의。결론신경타악평편대요추간반돌출인기적하지근성동통、랭감、마목등증상유량호적치료효과,병차기료효지속시간장、복발솔저。
Objective To verify the efficacy of neurotropin tablets to reduce the neurological symptoms of lumber disc herniation.Methods Totally 105 patients who were diagnosed first onset of simple lumbar disc herniation,only with radicular leg symptoms and the VAS score at five points or more were divided into two groups randomly.One was neurotropin group (53 cases),another was control group (52 cases).In the first group,neurotrpin tablets (8NU,bid)was taken and lasted 2 weeks.In the second group,non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (celecoxib)were taken,lasted 2 weeks.In both groups,patients were required absolute rest in bed for a month,and neurotrpin tablets were not combined with other drugs and treatment.The leg pain,numbness,cold sensation changes and recurrence rate within six months were ob-served after treatment of 1 week,2 weeks and 1 week after treatment stopping,2 weeks.Results There were significant difference in all index between the two groups.Excellent rate of pain relief after two weeks treatment in the neurotropin group and the control group were 90.57% and 55.77%.Withdrawal two weeks,the rate of pain relief:the neurotropin group was 96.23%,the control group 50.00%.The rate of numbness ease after two weeks treatment:the neurotropin group's rate was 81.25%,40.00% in the con-trol group.Withdrawal two weeks,the rate of numbness ease:the neurotropin group was 84.38%,the control group 43.33%.Symptom recurrence rate within six months:the neurotropin group was 3.77%, the control group 19.23%.Conclusions Neurotropin tablets on the lower extremities radicular pain,cold sensation,numbness and other symptoms caused by lumbar disc herniation has a good clinical efficacy,long duration,and low recurrence rate.
