生态旅游是有着丰富内涵和多重环境伦理意蕴的全新旅游模式，但在其快速开发过程中存在着大量“不生态”的自反性现象，导致了诸多环境伦理问题，从而严重阻碍了它的可持续发展。上述问题之根源主要在于地方政府“GDP 主义”压倒一切、旅游开发商“利润最大化”压倒一切、旅游消费者“个人中心主义”压倒一切，以及全社会的环境文化建设严重滞后等。因此，谋求生态旅游的可持续发展，必须确立尊重自然、和合共生与协同进化等新的环境伦理观；遵循生态优先、生态正义、生态安全和绿色低碳的环境伦理原则；坚守环境道德边界，重建人与自然的和谐共进关系。惟其如此，才能促进生态旅游的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的和谐统一，进而才能真正实现生态旅游业的可持续发展。

Ecotourism is a new tourism model with rich connotation and multiple environmental ethics,but there are a large number of“non-ecological"reflexive phenomena in the process of its rapid development.The phenomena re-sulted in many ethical problems of environment,which in turn seriously hindered its sustainable development.The root of the problem mainly lies in such aspects as the local governments’“GDP principle"overwhelming all,tourism developers’profit maximization overwhelming all and tourism consumers’individualism overwhelming all,as well as the lagging-behind of the environmental and cultural construction of the whole society,etc.Therefore,in order to seek for the sustainable development of ecotourism,we must establish new notions of environmental ethics as re-spect for nature,harmony and symbiosis as well as co-evolution,we must abide by such principles of environmental ethics as ecological priority,ecological justice,ecological security and low carbon,we must adhere to environmental moral boundary and reconstruct the harmonious relationship between man and nature.Only in this way,can we es-tablish and promote a harmonious unity among ecological benefits,economic benefit and social benefit in ecotour-ism,and can we eventually realize the sustainable development of ecotourism.
