目的：分析热敏灸与舒利迭治疗慢性哮喘的临床效果。方法：将2011年2月至2014年2月80例慢性哮喘病例均分为两组，每组40例。对照组给予舒利迭治疗，观察组则取给予热敏灸治疗，观察两组治疗效果以及症状评分。结果：治疗3月后，对照组与观察组治疗总有效率分别为85．0％、87．5％，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗6月后，观察组治疗总有效率为85％，明显高于对照组的65％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。观察组不同时段症状评分均较治疗前和对照组有明显改善（ P＜0．05）。结论：腧穴热敏灸治疗慢性哮喘可有效缓解症状，远期效果理想，值得临床推广使用。
목적：분석열민구여서리질치료만성효천적림상효과。방법：장2011년2월지2014년2월80례만성효천병례균분위량조，매조40례。대조조급여서리질치료，관찰조칙취급여열민구치료，관찰량조치료효과이급증상평분。결과：치료3월후，대조조여관찰조치료총유효솔분별위85．0％、87．5％，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；치료6월후，관찰조치료총유효솔위85％，명현고우대조조적65％，차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。관찰조불동시단증상평분균교치료전화대조조유명현개선（ P＜0．05）。결론：수혈열민구치료만성효천가유효완해증상，원기효과이상，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of thermal moxibustion and seretide treatment of chronic asthma.Method:80 cases of patients with chronic asthma from Feb.2011 to Feb.2014 were ran-domly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group were given seretide treatment, ob-servation group were given thermal moxibustion treatment.Treatment effects and symptom score of the twogroups were observed.Result: After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of control group and observationgroup were 85.0%and 87.5%, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 85 %, significantly higher than the control group(65%), there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Symptom score during different periods of the observationgroup was better than before treatment and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupoints thermalmoxibustion treatment can relieve the symptoms of chronic asthma, long-term effects are ideal.
