结合杭长紧急工程的地质和桩基特点,对工程中的桩基采用AM工法全液压、可视可控旋挖扩底灌注桩施工工艺进行了研究,指出AM工法在静态泥浆护壁下进行施工,充分发挥了旋挖钻机施工成桩速度快、质量高等优点,有效保证了成孔和扩孔质量,同时扩底灌注桩的扩大头增加了桩端有效承载面积,从而提高了桩端承载力。
結閤杭長緊急工程的地質和樁基特點,對工程中的樁基採用AM工法全液壓、可視可控鏇挖擴底灌註樁施工工藝進行瞭研究,指齣AM工法在靜態泥漿護壁下進行施工,充分髮揮瞭鏇挖鑽機施工成樁速度快、質量高等優點,有效保證瞭成孔和擴孔質量,同時擴底灌註樁的擴大頭增加瞭樁耑有效承載麵積,從而提高瞭樁耑承載力。

Combining with the geological and pile foundation characteristics of Hangchang emergency engineering,this paper researched the used AM construction method all-hydraulic,visual and controllable rotary enlarged toe bored pile construction technology of pile foundation in construc-tion,pointed out the AM construction method in static slurry support wall construction,gave full play to rotary drilling construction with rapid pile speed,higher quality and other advantages,effectively guaranteed the hole and enlarged hole quality,at the same time the enlarged toe bored pile bit expansion increased the effective bearing area of pile end,so as to improve the bearing capacity of pile end.
