The paper took the remolded sample of Chenggong swelling soil,by swelling force test,we have studied the swelling characteristic in different initial conditions,the internal relation between the swelling force characteristic and initial moisture content,dry density was verified,the result provided a basis for the design and construction of buildings for Kunming.
