目的：调查恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的心理防御方式，为提供个性化护理和心理疏导提供依据。方法采用防御方式问卷（DSQ）对136例住院肿瘤患者进行问卷调查，以100例健康人群作为正常对照组，对调查结果进行比较分析。结果恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间不成熟防御方式显著高于正常对照组（P ＜001），成熟防御、中间防御以及掩饰因子与对照组比较无显著性差异（P ＞005）。结论恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间的心理防御方式存在异常，应加强心理护理。
목적：조사악성종류환자화료기간적심리방어방식，위제공개성화호리화심리소도제공의거。방법채용방어방식문권（DSQ）대136례주원종류환자진행문권조사，이100례건강인군작위정상대조조，대조사결과진행비교분석。결과악성종류환자화료기간불성숙방어방식현저고우정상대조조（P ＜001），성숙방어、중간방어이급엄식인자여대조조비교무현저성차이（P ＞005）。결론악성종류환자화료기간적심리방어방식존재이상，응가강심리호리。
Objective To explore the psychological defense way of malignant tumor patients’during chemotherapy.Methods A question-naire study (Defense Style Questionnaire)was conducted between 136 hospitalized patients and 100 healthy people(control group),then ana-lyze and compare the results.Results The immature defense way scores of malignant tumor patients are higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).There is no difference of mature defense way scores and conceal factors between malignant tumor patients and the control group (P >0.05 ).Conclusion The psychological defense way of malignant tumor patients’during chemotherapy is abnormal,nurses should strengthen psychological nursing.
