目的：探讨协同护理模式对预防高龄非静脉曲张上消化道出血（NUGB）患者再出血的临床效果。方法将146例年龄≥70岁的 NUGB 患者按入院日期先后分成2组，对照组71例采用常规护理模式，观察组75例采用协同护理模式。患者出院后由主管护士电话随访患者，随访时间为出院后第1周、第2周、1个月及以后的每个月最后1周，为期1年。比较2组患者出院后1年内再次出血和再次入院的人数。结果对照组71例患者中有再次出血者25例，需入院治疗18例；观察组75例患者中有再次出血者12例，需入院治疗9例。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论协同护理模式应用于高龄 NUGB 患者中能降低再出血风险，减少入院人数，是一种理想的护理模式。
목적：탐토협동호리모식대예방고령비정맥곡장상소화도출혈（NUGB）환자재출혈적림상효과。방법장146례년령≥70세적 NUGB 환자안입원일기선후분성2조，대조조71례채용상규호리모식，관찰조75례채용협동호리모식。환자출원후유주관호사전화수방환자，수방시간위출원후제1주、제2주、1개월급이후적매개월최후1주，위기1년。비교2조환자출원후1년내재차출혈화재차입원적인수。결과대조조71례환자중유재차출혈자25례，수입원치료18례；관찰조75례환자중유재차출혈자12례，수입원치료9례。2조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론협동호리모식응용우고령 NUGB 환자중능강저재출혈풍험，감소입원인수，시일충이상적호리모식。
Objective To investigate and analysis the effect of the application of collaborative care model in preventing the recurrent hemor-rhage of aged NUCB patients.Methods 146 patients above 70 years old were divided into observation and control group,the 71 patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,the 75 patients in observation group were treated by collaborative care.The continuous nurs-ing interference was by nurses in charge through telephone follow -up after they discharged from hospital.The follow -up time lasted 1 year after 1 week,2week,1 month and the last week of every month from they discharged to compare the time of the recurrent hemorrhage and read-mission in 1 year.Results There were 25 patients occurred the recurrent hemorrhage,18 patients was to be admitted to hospital again in con-trol group.There were 12 patients occurred the recurrent hemorrhage,9 patients was to be admitted to hospital again in observation group.And the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The collaborative care model is a ideal care model,which can decrease the rick of recurrent hemorrhage and readmission.
