This paper analyzed the significance and importance of engineering cost management,respectively elaborated the cost staff with unrea-sonable allocation,contract management was not strict,the cost control did not reach the fine and other issues existing at present stage construc-tion enterprises cost management,put forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction engineering cost,to maximize the enterprises profits.
