以阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺水溶液为实验对象,研究了质量浓度、剪切速率、温度对聚丙烯酰胺溶液流变特性的影响。结果表明:PAM水溶液在质量浓度为0.5~2.0 g/L时,其表观黏度呈现线性增长,随着质量浓度升高而增加;表观黏度随着剪切速率的增大而减小;随温度的增加而降低。流动特性指数n和稠度系数K随温度、质量浓度的变化符合幂律流体特性。综合温度、质量浓度的影响,拟合出表观黏度关于质量浓度、温度的关联式。
以暘離子型聚丙烯酰胺水溶液為實驗對象,研究瞭質量濃度、剪切速率、溫度對聚丙烯酰胺溶液流變特性的影響。結果錶明:PAM水溶液在質量濃度為0.5~2.0 g/L時,其錶觀黏度呈現線性增長,隨著質量濃度升高而增加;錶觀黏度隨著剪切速率的增大而減小;隨溫度的增加而降低。流動特性指數n和稠度繫數K隨溫度、質量濃度的變化符閤冪律流體特性。綜閤溫度、質量濃度的影響,擬閤齣錶觀黏度關于質量濃度、溫度的關聯式。

With cationic polyacrylamide aqueous solutions being an experimental obj ect,the experiment studied the effects of mass concentration,shear rate and temperature on the rheological properties of polyacrylamide aqueous solution.Experimental results indicate that the apparent viscosity of PAM solution increases linearly with increasing concentration at concentrations of 0.5-2.0g/L;the apparent viscosity decreases with the increasing of shear rate and temperature. With the changing of temperature and concentration,the flow behavior index n and consistency coefficient K behave similar to power-law fluid. Considering the combined effects of temperature and concentration, the experiment fitted an equation of the apparent viscosity with the regard to concentration and temperature.
