知识创新服务作为一种新颖的服务模式引起医院图书馆界的高度重视。笔者对知识创新服务做出诠释，阐明教学医院图书馆知识创新服务的特点，分析医院图书馆知识创新服务的现状和存在问题，提出个性化服务理念、强化馆员综合素质、引导用户需求等方面打造适合教学医院图书馆知识创新服务的策略。

The knowledge innovation is an innovation service model , and it leads to high importance in li-brary profession.In this article, author made a annotation to knowledge innovation service , and expounded the char-acteristic of innovation service in teaching hospital , analyzed the present situation and existence question of innovation service.It suggested an service idea of individuation , including strengthening the synthesize quality of staff , guiding the need of user and so on.It can make a new service strategy of knowledge innovation which suited the library of teaching hospital.
