通过对LC30轻骨料混凝土进行骨料预湿,选择搅拌工艺和复合掺合料,添加增粘剂等方法,探寻轻骨料混凝土的配制思路,试验发现,添加增粘剂并经预湿处理的全轻骨料混凝土,在能够满足强度等级要求和工作性的前提下,密度可降至1650 kg/m3。

According to some methods for LC30 light-weight aggregate including aggregate pre-wetting,selection of mixing craft and composite mixtures,addition thickening agent,the paper explores the preparation ideas for the light-weight aggregate,and finds from the tests that the total light-weight aggregate with addition of thickening agent and pre-wetting treatment can meet the strength grading requirements and its density can be lowered to 1 650 kg/m3 with the premise of workability.
