目的：调查湖南省一般人群血液中33种元素[锂（Li）、铍（Be）、硼（B）、镁（Mg）、铝（Al）、钙（Ca）、钛（Ti）、钒（V）、铬（Cr）、锰（Mn）、铁（Fe）、钴（Co）、镍（Ni）、铜（Cu）、锌（Zn）、镓（Ga）、砷（As）、硒（Se）、铷（Rb）、锶（Sr）、锆（Zr）、钼（Mo）、银（Ag）、镉（Cd）、锑（Sb）、铯（Cs）、钡（Ba）、金（Au）、汞（Hg）、铊（Tl）、铅（Pb）、钍（Th）、铀（U）]的正常值范围。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（inductively coupled plasma-mass spec-trometry，ICP-MS）检测血液中33种元素，测定其正常值范围，并考察区域、性别和年龄对人群血液中元素含量的影响。结果建立了湖南省人群血液中33种元素的正常值范围，其中B、Mg、Ca、Ti、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Hg和Pb在性别间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。女性因年龄不同有差异的元素有Co、Ni、Cs和Hg（P<0.05），男性因年龄不同有差异的元素有Cu、Se和Hg（P<0.05）。结论不同地区人群血液中元素含量存在差异，建立了湖南省四个市的正常值范围。
목적：조사호남성일반인군혈액중33충원소[리（Li）、피（Be）、붕（B）、미（Mg）、려（Al）、개（Ca）、태（Ti）、범（V）、락（Cr）、맹（Mn）、철（Fe）、고（Co）、얼（Ni）、동（Cu）、자（Zn）、가（Ga）、신（As）、서（Se）、여（Rb）、송（Sr）、고（Zr）、목（Mo）、은（Ag）、력（Cd）、제（Sb）、색（Cs）、패（Ba）、금（Au）、홍（Hg）、사（Tl）、연（Pb）、토（Th）、유（U）]적정상치범위。방법채용전감우합등리자체질보법（inductively coupled plasma-mass spec-trometry，ICP-MS）검측혈액중33충원소，측정기정상치범위，병고찰구역、성별화년령대인군혈액중원소함량적영향。결과건립료호남성인군혈액중33충원소적정상치범위，기중B、Mg、Ca、Ti、Mn、Fe、Co、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Rb、Sr、Ag、Cd、Cs、Hg화Pb재성별간차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。녀성인년령불동유차이적원소유Co、Ni、Cs화Hg（P<0.05），남성인년령불동유차이적원소유Cu、Se화Hg（P<0.05）。결론불동지구인군혈액중원소함량존재차이，건립료호남성사개시적정상치범위。
Objective T o determine the normal range of the 33 elements (Li, Be, B, mg, Al, Ca, Ti, V , Cr, mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Zr, mo, Ag, Cd, Sb, Cs, Ba, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Th and U ) in human whole blood of general population in Hunan province. Methods Blood samples were ana-lyzed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-mS ) to determine the normal range. T he influences of district, gender and age to the element content in blood samples were also observed. Re-sults T he normal range of 33 elements in blood samples fromgeneral population in Hunan province were obtained. Gender was shown to statistically influence the concentrations of B, mg, Ca, Ti, mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Ag, Cd, Cs, Hg and Pb (P<0.05), while age was shown to influence the concentrations of Co, Ni, Cs and Hg in women (P<0.05) as well as Cu, Se and Hg in men(P<0.05). Conclusion Although there are variables in different districts, the normal ranges of trace element in blood of the four cities in Hunan province are established.
