目的：分析沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松在慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的应用。方法选取我站于2012年6月～2014年6月收治的107例确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者，将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前后肺功能的改善情况、呼吸困难评分、6 min 步行距离及不良反应。结果治疗后，观察组肺功能指标恢复明显优于对照组；观察组呼吸困难评分明显低于对照组；观察组的6MWT 明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）。两组均无严重性的不良反应出现，差异无统计学意义（p ＞0．05）。结论沙美特罗／丙酸氟替卡松，联合使用可发挥协同作用，明显改善肺功能及呼吸能力，提高患者的运动功能，无明显不良反应，值得临床广泛使用。
목적：분석사미특라／병산불체잡송재만성조새성폐질병치료중적응용。방법선취아참우2012년6월～2014년6월수치적107례학진위만성조새성폐질병적환자，장기수궤분위대조조여관찰조。대조조진행상규치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여사미특라／병산불체잡송치료。관찰비교량조환자치료전후폐공능적개선정황、호흡곤난평분、6 min 보행거리급불량반응。결과치료후，관찰조폐공능지표회복명현우우대조조；관찰조호흡곤난평분명현저우대조조；관찰조적6MWT 명현고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（p ＜0．05）。량조균무엄중성적불량반응출현，차이무통계학의의（p ＞0．05）。결론사미특라／병산불체잡송，연합사용가발휘협동작용，명현개선폐공능급호흡능력，제고환자적운동공능，무명현불량반응，치득림상엄범사용。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of salmeterol /fluticasone propionate in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .Methods 107 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from June 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into control group and observation group .Patients in control group re-ceived routine therapy, yet patients in observation group received salmeterol /fluticasone propionate on the basis of routine therapy.The st.George respiratory questionnaire (SGRQ) mark, 6 -minwalktest (6MWT),pulmonary func-tion indexes and drug adverse reactions before treatment and after treatment were observed respectively .Results Af-ter treatment, the lung function index recovery , the SGRQ total score,6MWT of observation group was obviously bet -ter than that of the control group , and the difference had statistical significance (p <0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups , and with no statistically significant difference (p >0.05).Conclusion On top of conventional therapy ,salmeterol /fluticasone propionate has good clinical curative effect and high safety for treating COPD,and so it is suitable for long -term and sustained treatment .
