目的：探讨经脐小切口双通道腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗原发性精索曲张效果及对并发症影响。方法选取我院收治的80例原发性精索曲张患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用传统腹腔镜手术治疗，观察组采用经脐小切口双通道腹腔镜治疗，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分及住院时间均低于对照组，两组间各值比较有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）；观察组患者并发症发生率为2．50％，明显低于对照组17．50％发生率，两组患者比较有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）。结论经脐小切口双通道腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗原发性精索曲张可缩短手术时间、住院时间，减轻患者术后疼痛，降低并发症发生率，具有显著临床治疗效果，值得在临床中推广应用。
목적：탐토경제소절구쌍통도복강경정색정맥고위결찰술치료원발성정색곡장효과급대병발증영향。방법선취아원수치적80례원발성정색곡장환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채용전통복강경수술치료，관찰조채용경제소절구쌍통도복강경치료，비교량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、술후동통、주원시간급병발증발생정황。결과관찰조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、술후동통평분급주원시간균저우대조조，량조간각치비교유통계학의의（p ＜0．05）；관찰조환자병발증발생솔위2．50％，명현저우대조조17．50％발생솔，량조환자비교유통계학의의（p ＜0．05）。결론경제소절구쌍통도복강경정색정맥고위결찰술치료원발성정색곡장가축단수술시간、주원시간，감경환자술후동통，강저병발증발생솔，구유현저림상치료효과，치득재림상중추엄응용。
Objective To explore the umbilical incision double channel laparoscopic high ligation of sper -matic vein for treatment of primary varicose spermatic cord effect and complications .Methods 80 cases of primary varicose spermatic cord patients in our hospital were selected and divided to observation group and control group by random grouping method.The control group were treatment with the traditional , and laparoscopic treatment of umbili -cal incision double channel was used in the observation group .Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, post-operative pain, hospital stay and complications were compared between the two groups .Results Operation time, in-traoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain score and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than that in control group, and comparison between such two groups carries the statistics significance (p <0.05); Patients in the observation group the incidence of complications was 2.50%, which was significantly lower than those in the con -trol group (17.50%),and comparison between such two groups carries the statistics significance (p <0.05).Con-clusion Transumbilical dual channel small incision laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein in the treatment of primary varicose spermatic cord can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time , reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of complications, which has a substantial clinical curative effect and is worthy of clinical application widely.
