目的：分析中心静脉导管加持续低负压吸引治疗自发性气胸的效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2014年10月本院收治78例自发性气胸患者的临床资料，其中将38例行中心静脉导管闭式引流治疗患者设对照组，40例行中心静脉导管加持续低负压吸引治疗患者设研究组，对比两组临床效果。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，且其感染、皮下气肿、堵管及胸腔积液等并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（p ＜0．05）。结论自发性气胸行中心静脉导管加持续低负压吸引治疗创伤较小，且无明显并发症，具有显著临床应用价值。
목적：분석중심정맥도관가지속저부압흡인치료자발성기흉적효과。방법회고성분석2011년1월～2014년10월본원수치78례자발성기흉환자적림상자료，기중장38례행중심정맥도관폐식인류치료환자설대조조，40례행중심정맥도관가지속저부압흡인치료환자설연구조，대비량조림상효과。결과연구조림상치료총유효솔명현고우대조조，차기감염、피하기종、도관급흉강적액등병발증총발생솔명현저우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（p ＜0．05）。결론자발성기흉행중심정맥도관가지속저부압흡인치료창상교소，차무명현병발증，구유현저림상응용개치。
Objective To analyze the effect of central venous catheter plus continuous low negative pressure suction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax .Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of patients with spon-taneous pneumothorax treated in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2014 were reviewed, from which 38 pa-tients treated with central venous catheter closed drainage were set as the control group and the other 40 cases as the study group given central venous catheters plus continuous low negative pressure drainage for treatment .The clinical effects of the two groups were compared .Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group , and the overall rates of complications , such as infection, subcutaneous emphysema , duct blocking and pleural effusion were all lower than the control group , the differences being statistically significant (p <0.05).Conclusion Central venous catheter plus continuous low negative pressure suction produces minor trauma and no obvious complications in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax , thus it is of significant value in clinical application.
