[目的]调查医学生睡眠质量与焦虑、抑郁状况,并探讨两者之间的相关性,为改善医学生睡眠质量提供理论依据。[方法]采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表和焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对吉林大学临床、护理、公共卫生3个学院的大学一年级~大学四年级本科生进行分层随机抽样调查。[结果]医学生PSQI总分为(6.11±2.61)分,以PSQI总分≥7分作为判断睡眠障碍的标准,41.06%的学生存在睡眠障碍。不同性别、学院学生睡眠时间比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05或 P<0.01),不同年级学生睡眠时间、睡眠效率和睡眠障碍比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或 P<0.01),大学一年级和大学四年级学生PSQI总分较高,焦虑、抑郁与睡眠质量具有相关性。[结论]医学生睡眠状况不容乐观,应引起学校管理者及老师的重视。

[목적]조사의학생수면질량여초필、억욱상황,병탐토량자지간적상관성,위개선의학생수면질량제공이론의거。[방법]채용필자보수면질량지수(PSQI)량표화초필자평량표(SAS)、억욱자평량표(SDS)대길림대학림상、호리、공공위생3개학원적대학일년급~대학사년급본과생진행분층수궤추양조사。[결과]의학생PSQI총분위(6.11±2.61)분,이PSQI총분≥7분작위판단수면장애적표준,41.06%적학생존재수면장애。불동성별、학원학생수면시간비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05혹 P<0.01),불동년급학생수면시간、수면효솔화수면장애비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05혹 P<0.01),대학일년급화대학사년급학생PSQI총분교고,초필、억욱여수면질량구유상관성。[결론]의학생수면상황불용악관,응인기학교관리자급로사적중시。
Objective:To survey the status of sleep quality ,anxiety and depression of medical students ,and to probe into the correlation between them ,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the sleep quality of medical students .Methods:The first grade to the fourth grade university students were selected from clinical , nursing and public health college in Jilin University were investigated with stratified random sampling by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scale ,self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self rating depression scale (SDS) .Results:Medical students’ PSQI total score was 6 .11 ± 2 .61 .PSQI score≥7 was taken as judged stand‐ard of sleep disorders .And 41 .06% of the students had sleep disorders .There were statistically significant difference in sleep quality amongdifferent genders of students .There were statistically significant difference in sleep time in different schools .And there were statistically significant difference in sleep time and sleep efficien‐cy among different grades(P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .The first grade and fourth grade of university students had higher PSQI score .And the anxiety ,depression were correlated with their sleep quality .Conclusion:The sleep status of medical students is not optimistic .Which should arouse the attention of school administrators and teachers .
