[目的]建立本科护生临床护理能力评价指标,改进评价方法,提高本科护生临床护理能力。[方法]通过专家讨论与文献回顾法初步构建护理迷你临床演练评量指标,运用德尔菲法咨询论证并确定评量指标,运用层次分析法确定权重。[结果]专家咨询后确立了8项一级指标和20项二级指标,并确定了二级指标在一级指标中的权重值。[结论]应用德尔菲法及层次分析法建立护理迷你临床演练评量表,依据真实临床情景对本科护生进行测评,并给予即时的反馈信息,提高了评价本科护生临床护理能力的科学性及合理性,为我国护理教育领域的评价方法改革提供了依据。
[目的]建立本科護生臨床護理能力評價指標,改進評價方法,提高本科護生臨床護理能力。[方法]通過專傢討論與文獻迴顧法初步構建護理迷妳臨床縯練評量指標,運用德爾菲法咨詢論證併確定評量指標,運用層次分析法確定權重。[結果]專傢咨詢後確立瞭8項一級指標和20項二級指標,併確定瞭二級指標在一級指標中的權重值。[結論]應用德爾菲法及層次分析法建立護理迷妳臨床縯練評量錶,依據真實臨床情景對本科護生進行測評,併給予即時的反饋信息,提高瞭評價本科護生臨床護理能力的科學性及閤理性,為我國護理教育領域的評價方法改革提供瞭依據。

Objective:To establish evaluation indexes about clinical nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students and to promote the evaluation method and to improve the clinical nursing ability .Methods:We build preliminary mini clinical practice evaluation indicators through expert discussion and literature review .Then to use Delphi method to consult and to determine evaluation indicators .And to used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight fraction .Results:Experts consulution established 8 first level indicators and 20 second level indicators and determined the weight value of secondary indicators in the primary indicators .Conclusion:We established nursing mini clinical practice rating scale through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process . Assessment of undergraduate nursing students were based on the actual clinical situation .And to give feedback information immedietedly .It improved the science and rationality of evaluation about the clinical nursing ability of undergraduate nursing students .It providev some bases for the evaluation method reform in the field of nurs‐ing education in China .
