基于不可逆过程热力学的基本理论,探讨了原油管输过程各不可逆过程的强度量势场梯度驱动力作用下的火用流传递现象,结合原油管道输送过程的基本场平衡方程组和普遍化热力学体系的火用平衡动力学方程,推导了管输过程的热火用和压火用传递和转换方程,进一步建立管输过程的总火用传递方程。以某原油管道为例,对管道输送过程进行数值分析得到管输过程中热火用和压火用的传递和转换火用流分布规律,为将火用的传递转换规律应用到管道节能体系中提供理论基础和合理依据。
基于不可逆過程熱力學的基本理論,探討瞭原油管輸過程各不可逆過程的彊度量勢場梯度驅動力作用下的火用流傳遞現象,結閤原油管道輸送過程的基本場平衡方程組和普遍化熱力學體繫的火用平衡動力學方程,推導瞭管輸過程的熱火用和壓火用傳遞和轉換方程,進一步建立管輸過程的總火用傳遞方程。以某原油管道為例,對管道輸送過程進行數值分析得到管輸過程中熱火用和壓火用的傳遞和轉換火用流分佈規律,為將火用的傳遞轉換規律應用到管道節能體繫中提供理論基礎和閤理依據。

Based on the fundermental theory of irreversible thermodynamics, the exergy flow phenomenon which was driven by the intensive quantity potential field gradient force in each irreversible process of crude oil pipeline transportation was exploratorily discussed.Combined the basic balance equations of crude oil pipeline process with exergy balance dynamic equations of the generalized thermodynamic system,the equations of the heat and pressure pipeline process exergy transfer and conversion equations were derived,and then the total exergy transfer equation in the pipeline process was established.Taking a crude oil pipeline as an example,a numerical analysis was carried out on the process of pipeline transportation in the process of heat and pressure of exergy transfer and conversion flow distribution law,which could provide theoretical and reasonable basis for applying exergy transfer and conversion law to the pipe energy saving system.
