为了解决温差发电技术中发电片热端与尾气间热损失大造成输出功率和热电转化效率不高的问题,提出在尾气与温差发电片热端加装相变传热结构,并计算了加装相变结构后发电器的输出功率和效率,同时与相同传热面积时无相变传热情况进行了对比,并模拟了蒸发段管数和冷凝段高度对发电器输出功率及效率的影响。结果表明,相变结构可提高发电器的输出功率及转化效率,且输出功率随冷凝段长度增加出现峰值,蒸发段管数越多,峰值对应的冷凝段长度越长,而发电效率则随冷凝段长度增加而减少;蒸发段管数增加,输出功率和发电效率均增大。
為瞭解決溫差髮電技術中髮電片熱耑與尾氣間熱損失大造成輸齣功率和熱電轉化效率不高的問題,提齣在尾氣與溫差髮電片熱耑加裝相變傳熱結構,併計算瞭加裝相變結構後髮電器的輸齣功率和效率,同時與相同傳熱麵積時無相變傳熱情況進行瞭對比,併模擬瞭蒸髮段管數和冷凝段高度對髮電器輸齣功率及效率的影響。結果錶明,相變結構可提高髮電器的輸齣功率及轉化效率,且輸齣功率隨冷凝段長度增加齣現峰值,蒸髮段管數越多,峰值對應的冷凝段長度越長,而髮電效率則隨冷凝段長度增加而減少;蒸髮段管數增加,輸齣功率和髮電效率均增大。

In order to solve the low power output and efficiency between the hot side of the thermoelectric generation and gas,this study developed to install a phase change structure between the hot side of the thermoelectric generation and gas,and calculated the power and efficiency of the generation with phase change structure,and investigated the performance curves of this structure design.The results show that the phase change structure can achieve higher power and efficiency. With an increase in the condenser height,the power output reaches a maximum while efficiency is decreasing.Both the power output and the efficiency increase when the section of evaporation increases.
