以矿山物联网、矿山智能化和采矿自动化、无人化的发展趋势为背景,以实现露天矿爆破的智能化为方向,以解决目前露天矿爆破在管理、安全和信息处理方面存在的问题为目的,以现代通信技术、自动化技术和软硬件技术为基础,重点研究了露天矿智能爆破的总体架构、核心内容、关键技术等。设计的主要内容:①露天矿用钻机的自动钻进与行走流程、钻孔精确定位与导航、穿孔数据记录、易损件和消耗件信息记录等功能;②适用于露天矿爆破工程的通信网络与数据库;③露天矿监控与爆破设计软件。该系统在实践中得到了良好应用。

With the trend of the development of Internet of things in mine,intelligent mining,mining automation and un-manned mine as background,in order to achieve intelligent direction and solve the problems in management,security and infor-mation processing of open-pit blasting, modern communication technology, automation technology and software and hardware technology are used to focus on the overall architecture,core content and key technology of open-pit mine intelligent blasting. Functions such as the open pit mine drill automatic drilling and walking process,drilling precise positioning and navigation, perforation data record,wearing parts and consumable parts information records and others are investigated and designed. Re-search and design on communication network and database for the open-pit blasting,and blasting monitoring and blasting de-sign software of the open pit mine are made. The system has good performance in practical application.
