Xinhuang Tablets%yeast%milk%endotoxin%antipyretic effect
目的:研究新癀片对不同动物模型的解热作用。方法制备酵母致大鼠发热、牛奶致家兔发热、内毒素致家兔发热模型测量给药后各组的体温,计算各组大鼠体温与基础体温差值以及各给药组降温率。结果新癀片95.0 mg/kg剂量组在药后1~4.5 h,47.5 mg/kg剂量组药后4、4.5 h对酵母所致大鼠体温升高有显著的抑制作用。药后1 h,新癀片47.5 mg/kg剂量组牛奶致发热家兔体温开始下降;药后2 h,47.5、23.8 mg/kg剂量组家兔体温均下降显著,一直持续到药后5 h,仍有显著的降温作用。新癀片47.5 mg/kg剂量能够显著降低内毒素致发热家兔各时间点体温的升高,在药后4、5 h时对体温的降温率达50.3%、85.2%。结论新癀片对酵母致大鼠发热、牛奶致家兔发热和内毒素致家兔发热均有很好的解热作用。

목적:연구신황편대불동동물모형적해열작용。방법제비효모치대서발열、우내치가토발열、내독소치가토발열모형측량급약후각조적체온,계산각조대서체온여기출체온차치이급각급약조강온솔。결과신황편95.0 mg/kg제량조재약후1~4.5 h,47.5 mg/kg제량조약후4、4.5 h대효모소치대서체온승고유현저적억제작용。약후1 h,신황편47.5 mg/kg제량조우내치발열가토체온개시하강;약후2 h,47.5、23.8 mg/kg제량조가토체온균하강현저,일직지속도약후5 h,잉유현저적강온작용。신황편47.5 mg/kg제량능구현저강저내독소치발열가토각시간점체온적승고,재약후4、5 h시대체온적강온솔체50.3%、85.2%。결론신황편대효모치대서발열、우내치가토발열화내독소치가토발열균유흔호적해열작용。
Objective To research the antipyretic effects of Xinhuang Tablets on different animal fever models.Methods The rats fever model of yeast-induced, the rabbits fever models of milk-induced and endotoxin-induced were prepared, and body temperatures of animals were measured. The difference of each group between body temperature and basal body temperature and temperature drop rates were calculated.Results Xinhuang Tablets could significantly inhibit rise of body temperature of yeast-caused fever in rats after ig administered during 1 — 4.5 h at dosage of 95.0 mg/kg, and after ig administered 4 and 4.5 h at dosage of 47.5 mg/kg. The rabbit body temperatures in Xinhuang Tablets 47.5 mg/kg dose group milk-induced fever began to decline after ig administered 1 h, and those in Xinhuang Tablets 47.5, 23.8 mg/kg dose groups both significantly decreased after ig administered 2 h, until 5 h. Xinhuang Tablets could significantly decline the rise of body temperatures in rabbits endotoxin-induced fever at dosage of 47.5 mg/kg each time points, and the temperature drop rates reached 50.3% and 85.2% after ig administered 4 and 5 h.ConclusionXinhuang Tablets has significant antipyretic effects on rats fever model of yeast-induced, the rabbits fever models of milk-induced and endotoxin-induced.
