目的：探讨对预防接种儿童应用舒适护理对其依从性的影响。方法400例于社区门诊接受预防接种的儿童作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组200例。对照组行常规护理，观察组行舒适护理。对比两组儿童依从性及家长护理满意度。结果对照组200例儿童中146例依从性较好，总依从度为73.0%(146/200)；观察组200例儿童中193例儿童依从性较好，总依从度为96.5%(193/200)，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度为81.5%(163/200)，观察组护理满意度为100.0%(200/200)，两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对预防接种儿童应用舒适护理能够显著提升儿童依从性及家长护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of comfortable nursing on compliance of children in vaccination.MethodsThere were 400 children in vaccination as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing. Compliance of children and parents satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.ResultsAmong 200 cases in the control group, there were 146 cases with good compliance, and their total compliance rate was 73.0% (146/200). 193 cases among 200 cases of the observation group had good compliance, with the compliance rate as 96.5% (193/200). The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was 81.5% (163/200) in the control group, and it was 100.0% (200/200) in the observation group. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionImplement of comfortable nursing for children in vaccination can remarkably improve their compliance and parents satisfaction degree, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
