地方优秀传统文化具有丰富内涵，它涵盖地方标志性人物所体现的特有的精神气质。人是文化的存在物，地方优秀传统文化在思想政治教育中具有亲和力、凝聚力、感染力的作用。结合钦州地方优秀传统文化———刘冯文化，就发挥地方优秀传统文化在思想政治教育中的“三力”作用进行探讨。
地方優秀傳統文化具有豐富內涵，它涵蓋地方標誌性人物所體現的特有的精神氣質。人是文化的存在物，地方優秀傳統文化在思想政治教育中具有親和力、凝聚力、感染力的作用。結閤欽州地方優秀傳統文化———劉馮文化，就髮揮地方優秀傳統文化在思想政治教育中的“三力”作用進行探討。
지방우수전통문화구유봉부내함，타함개지방표지성인물소체현적특유적정신기질。인시문화적존재물，지방우수전통문화재사상정치교육중구유친화력、응취력、감염력적작용。결합흠주지방우수전통문화———류풍문화，취발휘지방우수전통문화재사상정치교육중적“삼력”작용진행탐토。
The fine traditional local culture has rich connotation, it covers the unique spirit temperament which is embodied by local iconic figures. Person is the existence of culture;fine traditional local culture plays roles in the ideological and political education with its affinity, cohesion and infectivity. This thesis combines with the culture of Liu Yongfu and Feng Zicai of Qinzhou to discuss how to take advantage of these three roles of fine traditional local culture in the ideological and political education.
