目的:探讨FUS-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测尿液有形成分的结果符合情况和影响因素。方法随机从2012年1月~2014年1月门诊尿液中抽取2000份尿液标本,分别进行全自动尿沉渣分析仪和显微镜有形成分检测,并对结果给予分析。结果FUS-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪与显微镜检测尿液成分的结果, FUS-100测试敏感,假阳性多,容易误认,霉菌会是假阴性。白细胞、红细胞、结晶、管型、滴虫差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),只有霉菌和上皮细胞差异无无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修饰后差异无统计学意义(P>0.01或P>0.05)。经过修饰后, FUS-100还是非常可靠,能够为临床提供准确、有价值的化验结果。结论FUS-100尿沉渣分析仪不能代替显微镜,只能是二者有效结合,才能达到既提高工作效率又保证准确性的目的,体现其临床应用价值。

목적:탐토FUS-100전자동뇨침사분석의여현미경검측뇨액유형성분적결과부합정황화영향인소。방법수궤종2012년1월~2014년1월문진뇨액중추취2000빈뇨액표본,분별진행전자동뇨침사분석의화현미경유형성분검측,병대결과급여분석。결과FUS-100전자동뇨침사분석의여현미경검측뇨액성분적결과, FUS-100측시민감,가양성다,용역오인,매균회시가음성。백세포、홍세포、결정、관형、적충차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),지유매균화상피세포차이무무통계학의의(P>0.05)。수식후차이무통계학의의(P>0.01혹P>0.05)。경과수식후, FUS-100환시비상가고,능구위림상제공준학、유개치적화험결과。결론FUS-100뇨침사분석의불능대체현미경,지능시이자유효결합,재능체도기제고공작효솔우보증준학성적목적,체현기림상응용개치。
Objective To investigate corresponding results and their influence factors of FUS-100 full-automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope in detection of urine formed element.Methods A total of 2000 urine specimens were selected from outpatients during January, 2012~January, 2014. Urine formed element was respectively analyzed by full-automatic urinary sediment analyzer and microscope, and their results were analyzed. Results FUS-100 had strong sensitivity with false positive for easy misdiagnosis and mycete of false positive. The differences of leukocyte, erythrocyte, crystal, cast, and trichomonad had statistical significance, and only mycete and epithelial cell had no statistically significant differences (P>0.05). After modification, their differences had no statistical significance (P>0.01 orP>0.05). FUS-100 with modification was reliable, and could provide acute and valuable results in clinical detection.Conclusion FUS-100 urinary sediment analyzer cannot be replacement of microscope, but their combination can provide efficient and acute work for showing their value in clinical application.
