Lung cancer chemotherapy curative effects are closely associated with drug resis ̄tance of tumor. Current research suggests that multiple genes and molecular pathways are involved in regulation of chemotherapy drug resistance of lung cancer cells. The study of molecular markers in lung cancer drug resistance can predict medication sensitivity, which has important significance to research on lung cancer drug resistance reversal.
