目的评价深圳市中小学生运动伤害干预效果,为降低中小学生运动伤害提供科学依据。方法抽取深圳市伤害监测点学校12所,小学、初中、高中各4所,实施运动伤害干预,并在干预前后对中小学生的运动伤害相关知识、运动伤害相关行为进行问卷调查,评价干预效果。结果在运动伤害相关的8点知识上,干预后知晓率均显著高于干预前,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)在运动伤害相关行为发生情况的6个方面,“运动场所相对独立”(P=0.003)、“运动前检查场所”(P<0.001)、“器械投掷运动时有监护”(P=0.001)3方面的相关行为在干预后发生变化,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论推行以健康教育为主的运动伤害干预措施,在改善运动伤害相关知识和相关行为方面有一定的效果,但需要持续进行,观察长期效果。

목적평개심수시중소학생운동상해간예효과,위강저중소학생운동상해제공과학의거。방법추취심수시상해감측점학교12소,소학、초중、고중각4소,실시운동상해간예,병재간예전후대중소학생적운동상해상관지식、운동상해상관행위진행문권조사,평개간예효과。결과재운동상해상관적8점지식상,간예후지효솔균현저고우간예전,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)재운동상해상관행위발생정황적6개방면,“운동장소상대독립”(P=0.003)、“운동전검사장소”(P<0.001)、“기계투척운동시유감호”(P=0.001)3방면적상관행위재간예후발생변화,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론추행이건강교육위주적운동상해간예조시,재개선운동상해상관지식화상관행위방면유일정적효과,단수요지속진행,관찰장기효과。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of an intervention of sport injury in primary and middle school students in Shenzhen City, and to provide scientific evidence for reducing students’sport injury.Methods Twelve schools were chosen in Shenzhen, consistingof each 4 elementary, junior high, and high schools. Sport injury related knowledge and behaviors were surveyed before and after an intervention to evaluate the effect of it.Results The knowledge in eight aspects of sport injury was significantly increased after the intervention (P< 0.05).Of the six aspects of sport injury related behaviors, "sport venues are relatively independent" (P=0.003);“checking before exercise” (P<0.001) and "throwing with monitoring (P=0.001) were significantly improvedafter the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education is of help inimproving the sport injury related knowledge and behaviors. Further work is needed to determine the long-term effect of the intervention..
